Welink Housing provides housing placement services through agency referrals.
We work with individuals who face barriers when searching for housing and connect them with potential housing opportunities.
Our housing placement services focus on:
• Individuals with previous evictions
• Individuals with poor credit history
• Individuals facing housing instability
• Individuals who have difficulty being approved for housing
Housing placement is referral based and subject to housing availability.
Case Management Services
In addition to housing placement, we offer case management support to help clients stay organized and maintain stability.
Case management assistance includes:
• Completing social service paperwork
• Assistance with benefit applications
• Housing documentation support
• Section 8 coordination assistance
• Doctor appointment scheduling and follow-ups
• Communication with service providers
• Housing stabilization planning
These services are designed to help individuals stay on track while navigating housing and life stability.

Agency Referral Program
Welink Housing partners with social service agencies, nonprofits, and community organizations to assist individuals who need housing placement support.
Agencies may refer clients who:

• Need assistance navigating the housing process
Referral Requirements
To submit a referral, agencies should provide:
• Client name
• Contact information
• Current housing situation
• Income verification
• Summary of housing barriers

All clients must complete an initial intake appointment to begin the housing placement process with Welink Housing.
